WestChesterBuzz.com wraps up its Homearama video series with the largest and most expensive home in the showcase, The Boschi Bella Casa. The home, which was built by Daniel Hicks Homes, is 7,406 square feet and was sold for $1.3 million.

The home stood out to a group of independent judges, who gave it first-place honors in the favorite outdoor living space and favorite lower level categories. It also received second-place honors for favorite floor plan, favorite decorating, favorite kitchen, favorite dining room and favorite hearth room/breakfast nook.

The Boschi Bella Casa by Daniels Hicks Homes is one of six homes featured in Homearama 2013 at Carriage Hill in Liberty Township.

It isn’t a surprise that the home was considered to have the favorite outdoor living space or the favorite lower level, as those two areas are probably the most talked about home features as people leave the Homearama showcase.

Outside, in the back, there is a back porch that overlooks a swimming pool and a pitching mound. In the basement, there is a drive-in movie theater that also features a half-court basketball floor.

There is still time to visit Homerama for yourself. Tickets can be purchased for $13 at the gate. Discount tickets for $11 can be purchased in advance at area Kroger stores or can be obtained with a valid AAA membership card at the gate.

The home show is open from noon to 10 p.m., Friday through Sunday. Children 12-and-under and accompanied by an adult are free. Onsite parking is also free. Food and beverages can be purchased at the show. The show runs through this Sunday and the community, Carriage Hill, is located off State Route 747.

Buyers paid between $850,000 and $1.3 million for the homes in the show. Next summer’s show will take place again in the Carriage Hill community. There are already seven builders on board and two who have already bought their home.
